21-year-old female patient was admitted to our outpatient clinic with the complaints of drooping of the right upper eyelid and asymmetry in pupillary size between the two eyes. Complete history revealed that her complaints had started after having a surgery in the axillary area for hyperhidrosis of both hands. During the ophthalmologic examination, we observed ptosis and myosis in the right eye. 0.5% apraclonidine and 10% cocaine tests were performed and the patient was diagnosed as Horner syndrome.
