Lecturers are professional educators who have the task of carrying out the functions Tri Darma Higher Education in the intellectual life of the nation. In addition, for the functions and duties inherent in the functional position of lecturer is conducted in accordance with the rules in force, it is necessary to assess the performance of lecturers guarantee a quality learning process in higher education. Implementation of faculty performance ratings are intended not to complicate the lecturer, but otherwise the faculty performance assessment carried out to achieve a professional lecturer, because the dignity of a profession is determined by the quality of professional services quality. To be able to produce accurate reports of faculty performance, of course, need a method that can involve many components or criteria assessed (multi-criteria), so that the solution required a decision support system with multiple criteria. Methods of multicriteria decision support systems, among others, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), but both have different measurement methods vary.
