Análisis de la vulnerabilidad sísmica de los edificios fundadores y aulas sur de la u.f.p.s.

Francisco de Paula Santander (UFPS) University official public entity forty-one years of service to the community, aware of this threat has initiated evaluation of seismic vulnerability of the buildings, two of which are the subject of this work . These buildings CLASSROOMS SUR and FOUNDERS, buildings of classrooms that represent the largest supply and demand of use compared with other buildings in the UFPS, for which it has recavado all the information related to geometrical and mechanical characteristics of its structure and developed an elastic analysis in accordance with the guidelines of the NSR-98. The first is supported by three-dimensional reinforced concrete frames and was built within the term of the decree 1400 of 1984 while the second consists of confined masonry walls and has over thirty years of service.
