<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Aim. To assess of lipid-lowering therapy with statins in very high cardiovascular risk patients admitted to hospital for coronary angiography and analyze lipid profiles depending on the intensity of lipid-lowering therapy.<br /> Material and methods. A total of 502 patients aged 25-86 years (mean age 61.2±9.4 years) who admitted to the clinic of State Research Center for Preventive Medicine were consecutively included into the study.
