STRATEGY- BASIC VECTOR IN THE EVOLUTION OF MODERN ENTERPRISES

<p><em>At micro-economic level, the business evolution of a firm is influenced by the type of strategy which is put into practice by the decision maker as well as by the economic conjuncture existing at macro-economic level which may be more or less favorable. Therefore, in the strategic endeavor it is required for each phase of the lifecycle of modern enterprise to be given special attention. Thus, managers in highly performing organizations must be able of creating and implementing complex strategies with a lot of professionalism.</em>
