Old-Believers and Soviet Reality of the middle of XX century: materials of Tomsk State University Research Library

The article is basing on materials of Manuscripts and Rare Books Department of Tomsk State University Research Library, which are introduced into scientific circulation at the first time. Specific features of old-believer`s integration into Soviet society and methods of preservation of their internal autonomy are considered. It is demonstrated, that woman was a compiler of manuscripts under studying, and she was a member of old-believers community (stranniki – wonderers). The article shows range of sources, used by compiler. Assumptions have been made about the reasons for the use of Russian Orthodox Church editions by member of old-believers community. Socio-cultural context of manuscripts` preparation is reconstructed as a result of paleographical analysis (primarily, by studying of writing surface)
