The Activities of All-Russian Peasant Union on the Black Sea Province During the First Russian Revolution

The article discusses the activities of all-Russian peasant union on the territory of the Black Sea province during the First Russian revolution. The article employs the records of central and regional archives of the Russian Federation, namely the state archive of the Russian Federation, Russian state military historical archive, the state archive of the Krasnodar region and the center for documentation of contemporary history of Krasnodar region. The article introduces into scientific circulation for the first time the part of archival material. When dealing with research tasks the authors used the general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization), and the traditional methods of historical analysis. We used the historical-situational method, which involves the examination of historical facts in the context of the studied epoch in conjunction with the "neighboring" events and facts. The authors come to the conclusion that the activities of the peasant union were increasingly aimed at reporting of rural people on what is happening in the country and most importantly on the lighting of decisions taken at the congresses of all-Russian peasant union
