Background and objective The inhibitory ability of miR-424 on the proliferation of renal carcinoma cell and the migration and invasion of cancer cells has been widely explored and demonstrated. However, the effects of miR-424 on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) have not been systematically examined. In this study, detected the growth and invasion effect of miR-424 in NSCLC A549 cell.
