Founder’s influence on the creation of the organizational culture and its impact on the sustainability of a family business

Family businesses are an important part of the functioning of one economy, and how this is constructed is one of the keys to its performance on time.<br />In 2009 in Colombia about 70% of companies were family owned, according to Superintendencia de Sociedades with a low participation in economic metrics.
