Laboratory tests and clinical significance of anti-3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase antibody

<p>Anti-3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase (HMGCR) antibody is a newly recognized autoantibody, which is associated with the use of statins and is considered as an immunological marker of necrotizing autoimmune myopathy (NAM).
