Introduction: Happiness, is an evaluation of the individual and his life work and issues such as life satisfaction, excitement and positive mood, lack of depression and anxiety are included. A person who feels more happiness, peace and security, makes life better and finally there is hunky-dory. The purpose of this study was the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on nursing students' happiness.\ud Methods: This research is a Single blind clinical trial conducted on 60 of Second and third year nursing students of Arak University of medical sciences.
