Introduction: Sleep difficulties in patients are considered as a major problem. So, it is necessary to know and treat the patients suffering from sleep disorders. Therefore, this study aims to compare the effect of lavender oil aromatherapy and music therapy on sleep quality of burn patients.\ud Methods: In this clinical trial, 48 patients admitted in burn ward of Shohadaye Mehrab Hospital of Yazd were randomly allocated into Music therapy or Aromatherapy groups. The study was carried out since November 2013 till April 2014. Aromatherapy and music therapy in each groups were performed for 20 minutes in three consecutive nights.
