This study was attempted to explain individual responses to change and further review the implementation of the components of any changes related to the success of organizational change. The data were analyzed using simple and hierarchical regression analysis to test the relationships among commitment to change, coping with change, and turnover intention. The results demonstrated that 5 out of 10 hypothesis were supported. The results were also demonstrated that coping with change mediate the negative relationship between commitment to organizational change and turnover intention.
