Objective: To study the correlation of serum monocyte chemotactant protein-1 (MCP-1) and vascular endothelia cadherin (VE-cadherin) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and nerve injury molecules, interleukins and matrix metalloproteinases. Methods: A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from April 2012 to October 2015 were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy subjects in the same period treated in our hospital were selected as the control group.
