Objective: To identify the cognitive profile of the elderly and its association with anthropometric and functional aspects. Methodology: It is a cross-sectional study conducted in 84 elderly. Measured up the following anthropometric variables: body weight, height, waist circumference, hip circumference for subsequent calculation of the conicity index, waist/hip ratio and waist/height ratio. Furthermore, the functional aspects were measured based on the battery of tests adapted from Functional Fitness Test and cognitive impairment using the Mini Mental State Examination.
