This study aimed to evaluate the antioxidant property of Chavir plant on Japanese quail intoxicated with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). The experimental period lasted 42 d and during this period feed and water were provided ad libitum. At the end of trial, birds (20 for each treatment) were bled through wing vein to determine blood parameters and hepatic enzymes. In addition, liver samples were taken for histology studies.
