ABSTRACT Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between tumor size and grade with visceral adipose index (VAI) levels in patients with renal cell carcinoma. Materials and methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of 310 consecutive patients with RCC who underwent radical nephrectomy at our institution between January 2007 and May 2014.
