The crack use has been common by homeless people in Brazil, which increases their vulnerability. Aimed to identify the sensations and feelings that crack users living on the streets have when using drugs. It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, having as subject the study of homeless people treated in one therapeutic community. The focus group was used as a method of data collection, which were subjected to thematic content analysis, according Bardin.
