<p>The teacher Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requires today the re-thinking of teachersʼ expertise, in connection to a new definition of professional competence. For example, in the case of technology competences, the continuing training shouldn’t be limited to promoting their learning and practice, however to encourage the re-thinking of the sense and the value of personal agency, that allows to express the competences acquired and link them into an authentic and self-determined dimension.
