Crown fracture accounts for the highest percentage of all traumatic injury in the permanent and deciduous dentition. Esthetic rehabilitation of crown fracture of the maxillary anterior tooth is one of the greatest challenges to the dental surgeon. The prognosis of traumatized tooth depends on accurate diagnosis and treatment procedure.
