This article analyzes the issue of access and availability of health services and essential medicines as components of the right to health, focusing on the obligations of the Mozambican State resulting from international human rights instruments, in particular in economic, social rights Taking into account the vulnerability of the Mozambican population to endemic diseases, particularly malaria.
