This paper inquires into the relationship between philosophical concept of deconstruction and its practical application in the interpretation of the concept of architectural creativity. Deconstruction is not only understood as a formal metaphor, but as a critical process that examines common approaches to architectural design and approach to the treatment of architectural space. Through a comparison with philosophy, this procedure highlights the architectural approach seen as a decomposition of normal and usual way of thinking about architecture and therefore associated treatment of the architectural concept in creative practice.
