<p>The proposed model for prediction of disease outcome on the basis of assessing the level of tissue kallikreins has a high predictive value and accuracy index, and can be used to develop a strategy for post-operative chemotherapy.</p><p><strong>Aim. </strong>Increase the effectiveness of the combined treatment of patients with ovarian cancer by predicting and individualization of treatment strategies based on analysis of the content of kallikreins 5 (hK5) and 13 (hK13).</p><p><strong>Materials and methods.</strong> All the patients underwent a comprehensive examination.
