This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline, and training on labor productivity in the Office of Employment BPJS Padang. This type of research is descriptive and associative. The study population was all employees BPJS Employment Padang totaling 30 people. Sampling using total sampling technique. The instrument used for research in the form of closed questionnaire. To test the hypothesis of the study used multiple regression analysis with t test and F.
