Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Pelatihan Sangat berperan dalam Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang

This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline, and training on labor productivity in the Office of Employment BPJS Padang. This type of research is descriptive and associative. The study population was all employees BPJS Employment Padang totaling 30 people. Sampling using total sampling technique. The instrument used for research in the form of closed questionnaire. To test the hypothesis of the study used multiple regression analysis with t test and F. The results of data analysis showed that (1) Discipline working significant positive effect on the productivity of employees at the Office of Employment BPJS Padang with regression coefficient 0,243 and thitung (2.571)> t table (1.703); (2) Training significant effect on the productivity of employees working at the Office of Employment BPJS Padang because thitung (2.706)> t table (1.703); Padang BPJS Employment Office should always observe labor discipline and training that will be given to its employees, it is intended that does not affect the company's future such as decreased work productivity, lack of efficiency in the work as well as a lack of sense of responsibility of employees in carrying out their duties and obligations
