The objective of this study is the determination of the leadership styles behavior practiced by the inspectors toward the teachers in the schools and how to see it objectively whether they are based on the work done 'or on human relations from the point of view of teachers and inspectors of secondary education at Sétif district. In addition, this study aims to test a series of hypotheses related to individual differences between teachers and inspectors in their evaluations of these two behaviors. The sample for this study consisted of 170subjects between them 151teachers and 19inspectors the results of the study are summarized as follows: -There is a clear difference in the behavior al style of the leader in the field of secondary education between inspectors and teachers working under the orders of the latter. -There is a clear tendency of teachers to training oriented toward workers and the development of human relations between them while satisfying their needs and finding solutions to their educational and personal problems. -The existence of a clear concentration of the middle school inspector’s to work done at the expense of human relation
