Aims and objectives: The objective of this study is to find the serum high sensitivity-C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in acute myocardial infarction patients at the time of admission and their association with in - hospital mortality and morbidity. Materials and Methods: A total of 50 patients of acute myocardial patients followed-up for 7 days in hospital with admission of serum hs-CRP levels. Slide agglutination was used to find the serum hs-CRP levels for qualitative and serial dilution method to carry out the semi-quantitative titration.
