Background: Pneumonia is the leading killer in under-five children. Therefore, by identifying the danger signs, we are able to predict children who are at higher risk of mortality. The objective of the study is to identify the relationship between the clinical profile and mortality in children with pneumonia at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung. Methods: This was an analytical study with a retrospective case control approach using medical records with patient’s age limitation of 1–60 month.
