This research tries to highlight the role played by the media in the treatment of the terrorism phenomenon, it aims to put a strategic concept for this treatment throughout several levels, the first one is related to the display of Islam and repairing its image by focusing on the active individuals in the Arab medias, and the different media institutions, the target audience and its presence on the in the worldwide, the second one is about the media’s treatment and the confrontation, its focuses on the contribution in the formation of a cognitive layout for the citizen regarding terrorism and terrorists, the making of a behavior system to make the citizen able to expressing his knowledge of terrorism and terrorists and the fixation of antiterrorism culture
