The study presents the effect of packing factor of Photovoltaic (PV) module on the room temperature, cell temperature and efficiency of a proposed Building Integrated Semi-transparent Photovoltaic Thermal (BiSPVT) and Building Integrated Opaque Photovoltaic Thermal (BiOPVT) systems with duct mounted on the roof of the building.
