In order to achieve maximum motivation and success in teaching students in higher education, it is necessary to use different forms of teaching. The aim of this article is to define the form of team teaching and to identify the advantages and disadvantages of it. For this purpose a team teaching lecture of English and physics was held with eleven students in the fourth semester at the Department of Physics at the University of Josip Juraj Strossmayer in Osijek. During the research and preparation for this team teaching lecture a number of open questions appeared and were answered by the authors / teachers.
