The aim of the study is to determine phenolic composition and antioxidant activity from Vinca major subsp. hirsuta. Reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC-UV) was used to determination phenolic compounds. The antioxidant activity of the plant was investigated in terms of total phenolic content, FRAP, and DPPH radical scavenging assays. The plant is divided into three parts: leaf, flower and stem. According to the applied antioxidant assays, leaf of the plant showed the highest activity. 5 different phenolic compounds in the range of concentrations were determined in the all extracts and parts of Vinca majör subsp. hirsuta by RP-HPLC-UV.
