Weed Flora in Some Agricultural Fields of Eskisehir and Environs

In this research, 36 different locality of Eskişehir and environs, weeds of some crop plants during 2003-2004 were investigated. Accordingly, 207 genus and 327 taxa as 213 species, 71 subspecies and 43 varieties belong to 45 families, have been determined. The distribution of taxa according to phytogeographical regions are as follows; the European-Siberian (25), Mediterranean (29), Irano-Turanian (45) and 222 taxa phytogeographical multireginal or unknown. 23 of these taxa are endemic and endemism ratio is 7.03 %. Risk categories of these endemic taxa; 17 taxa belongs to LC, 3 taxa belongs to NT and 3 taxa belongs to CD. The distribution of weeds in which the crop plants are; wheat (186), sugar beet (102), barley (44), squash (37), chickpea (33), tomato (27), oat (17), corn (16) and pepper (12) and cabbage (12). Lifetimes of weeds was determined that; 141 taxa annual, 29 taxa biennial and 157 taxa perennial. Also in the area, 312 taxa herbaceous and 15 taxa woody was determined
