The purpose of this study was to investigate the use possibilities of multivariate statistical analysis methods for grouping of Forest Enterprises. This study involved 24 Forest Enterprises in Eastern Black Sea Region. A total 69 variables, classified as physical, economic, social, rural settlements, technical-managerial, and functional variables, were developed. Multivariate statistics such as factor, cluster and discriminate analyses were used to classify 24 Forest Enterpprises. These enterprises classified into 2 groups. 22 enterprises were in first group and while remained 2 enterprises in second group
