We even stipulate the appearance in the future of a “relationship benchmarking”, destined to improve organizational relations. Secondly, the paper tries to convince that an efficient benchmarking has a cyclic structure. To improve the quality of its products, processes and relations, any organization activating in any domain must participate in this cycle.
