This paper presents a simple embodiment of the system that can be used for the primary stability analysis of the cemented hip prosthesis. The proposed variant is based on experimental test stand for hip prostheses (in terms of tribology) found in Biomechatronics Lab of the Product Design and Environment Faculty. For this study three aspects are important: counting the number of cycles that it performs cemented hip prosthesis and the time when the first microdisplacements (in the bone-cement-prosthesis interface) appear and micro-displacement amplitude
