THE EVALUATION IN THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL PRÁXIS LIKE MECHANISM TO ASSURE THE QUALITY

The paper analyse the relation between the evaluation in praxis educational college and the quality of the educational function in the Institutions of Higher Education of the Eastern Coast of the Lake of Maracaibo Zulia. The research was descriptive co relational with a nonexperimental, cross-sectional design, of field. The descriptive statistic was applied on 134 professors. It was obtained a correlation of 0,81, positive one hard, which indicates the existence of an interconnection between the variables, inadequate application of the types of evaluation affecting the quality in the formation of human resources and the carried out investigation in praxis educational. We recommended courses in order to fortify the educational functions of the Professors
