Background and objectives : Quality of worklife is expected to have a major effect on the job burnout among all affecting factors. This study aimed to assess the relation between the quality of worklife with job burnout in consultants of south khorasan province. Material and Methods : This is a descriptive-analytical study (regression) among schools’ consultants of south Khorasan province in school year 91-92. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17 software, using linear regressions and Spearman correlation coefficient (α=0.05).
