Class II div.1 malocclusion shows the characteristic of distoclusion and overjet more than 6mm. This condition usually disturbs the patient’s attractiveness. Orthodontic treatment carried out at the early age usually done by forces transmitted to suture palatine affecting maxillary growth or by combining interceptive treatment with functional appliance. The treatment of this malocclusion for adult had to be carried out thoroughly because of no-growth factor. This case was a 28 years old male with cephalometric showed SNA 90°, SNB 83°, ANB 7°, and 11mm overjet.
