Percutaneous Nephroscopic Resection of Renal Pelvic Fibroepithelial Polyp

Benign fibroepithelial polyps of the renal pelvis are extremely rare, and are frequently mistaken for transitional cell carcinoma. Diagnosis is usually made following nephrectomy or nephroureterectomy for an assumed malignancy of the renal pelvis.
