Informal mentorship

Knowledge and understanding are two virtues which we can not be acquired and produced permanently because they are never completed. Learning is an assignment through life, it means we bring knowledge to ourselves and also life, but the emphasis is on one’s own impulse. Life constantly changes and forces us to adapt to changes and therefore the education only through formal ways to modern human is not enough anymore. We have access to useful knowledge which we approach through informal ways in different environments and circumstances. We learn from those close to us, at home, at work, and it is therefore correct to focus our thinking also in the conditions and environment where these leanings take place. When the conditions and relationships are good and we have encouraging environment we can expect better leaning with more quality and lasting knowledge. People prefer to learn from individuals to whom they can trust, are kind, available and know how to listen. The results of our research, and those previous regarding this topic, could lead us to think about how to improve formal mentor relationships which are common form of education at work place and also how to improve their efficiency
