Estimating emittance growth is important for evaluation of performance of linear accelerators, especially where stable and low emittance beam is required, such as linear colliders. Usually, estimation of emittance growth is performed using tracking simulations, including the Monte Carlo method, which tend to take a long time. We have developed a much faster and simpler method of quantitative estimation. Formulas of orbit and emittance due to random misalignment without corrections were reported in our previous paper [K.
