To compare the yield and yield components of 10 promising dryland barley genotypes with a conventional cultivar (Reihan03), a field experiment was conducted based on a randomized complete block design in Miyaneh region in the 2010-2011 growing season, and their agronomic and morphological traits were recorded. Genotypes were significantly different in terms of all the studied traits, and genotypes no. 5, 9 and 10 had higher yield than Reihan03. The studied genotypes were clustered in five groups the fifth group, consist 9.1% of genotypes, had the highest yield (1972 Kg/ha).
