Drawn in Light is a visual documentation of artist Jo Berry's ‘Hijacking Natural Systems’, an arts and science project devised in collaboration with Dr Nick Holliday and Tim Self of the School of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Nottingham Medical School. The project, funded by The Wellcome Trust and Arts Council England, involved Jo working in the University laboratories a day a week for six months on a research project which formed the basis of a new body of work for exhibition including digital drawings, animations and laser cut illuminated artworks.
