The research question that guided this study was: What is the relationship between the process of disseminating information on human resources and the financial performance of the companies? The research was conducted with the companies in the IBrX-100. All reports that supported this study relate only to the year 2013. The process of disseminating information on human resources was analyzed using the method by Mamun (2009). The statistical technique of multiple regression was used to assist in the interpretation of data, based on a cross-sectional view.
