AIM: Although it is documented that obesity is strongly associated with morbidity and mortality, less is known about the impact of obesity on the health-related quality of life. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of obesity and socio-economic factors on health- related quality of life (HRQoL) in a group women aged 20 to 65. METHODS: The sample size of cross-sectional study were identified 219 women(aged 20 to 65) among 1117 women living in Manisa Nurlupinar area. The data of this study was extracted from a survey.
