Purpose: To investigate the correlation between visual acuity and quantitative measurements of visual evoked potentials (VEP), optical coherence tomography (OCT), and visual field test (VF) in optic neuropathy patients. Methods: We evaluated 28 patients with optic neuropathy. Patients who had pale disc, visual acuity of less than 0.5 and abnormal visual field defect were included. At the first visit, we performed visual acuity and VF as subjective methods and OCT and VEP as objective methods.
