The contribution aims at analyzing the political situation in the context of Brazil 's third consecutive government headed by the Workers’ Party (2003-2014), with emphasis on the crisis of the political system caused by massive demonstrations in June 2013, discussing the prospect of fighting for Assembly exclusive national Constituent Assembly, convened to undertake political reform, the subject of a grassroots campaign underway in the country.
