Aim: To evaluate the possible effect of lower urinary tract symptoms on sexual functions. Material and Method: 219 patients were included in this study. Of the 177 patients completed the study. All the patients filled Turkish validated form of IPSS and ICS-sex questionnaire. The patients were grouped due to the symptom scores, quality of life scores, age, etc. Results: The rate of erectile dysfunction significantly raised as the age raised (p=0.00). Erectile dysfunction rate was significantly higher in the group those have severe urinary symptoms (p=0.03).
