Applying Deisgn Techniques in a Multidisciplinary Teatment System for the Blumenau's Public Health Network

The multidisciplinary treatment in health area supports patients who need care from different health professionals. In a local study at Blumenau city, we have observed that there is a lack of communication among these professionals. In this work the Participatory Design and Scenario Based Design Evaluation methods are used to design a multidisciplinary treatment system. The design, development and evaluation of the multidisciplinary treatment occured in four steps of Action-Research. We conclude that the proposed system allows the multidisciplinary treatment in a collaborative way. The system also descreased the lack of communication and collaboration problems
