AIM: To periodically evaluate the anisometropia amblyopic children's activation of the visual cortex function after training normatively by blood oxygen level dependent-functional magnetic resonance imaging(BOLD-fMRI). <p>METHODS:Thirteen children with anisometropia amblyopic from advanced research and subsequent research were collected. Self-controlled study before and after treatment and blocks-designed fMRI was performed. fMRI data were processed by using SPM8 which based on the Matlab 7.12.0.635.
